DECS was established in response to a need for inspired coaching, mentoring and support for Dorset based teaching & education sector professionals, parents and young people.
Vicki Edwards is an Educational Coaching Consultant & Youth Development Coach.
She is a school governor, mum of two, and passionate about the education system, with regards to the children and parents we need to inspire and the professionals, governors and teachers we need to motivate and support. Vicki has over 15 years commercial training, mentoring and coaching experience in a variety of educational establishments, blue chip organisations and the not for profit sector. Vicki also runs Firestarter Coaching, a personal development & leadership organisation. www.trustedleader.org
Vicki has a degree in Cultural Anthropology, is a life long member of The Coaching Academy, has studied with the Youth Coaching Academy and is trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has successfully worked with and inspired many clients ranging from Chief Executives and Directors of Organisations, individuals within the education and media sector, the Police Force, NHS and young people.
